Quality Control plays an important role throughout our entire organisation. In an effort to meet stringent quality control standards Divco has implemented series of proven procedures that shape our construction operations as a whole from project management to worksite supervision. These measures are in keeping with our corporate vision whose fundamental values are Quality, Integrity and Partnership.

Health and Safety
 DIVCO implements health and safety measures on its worksites, and rigorously abides by the Occupational Health and Safety Act and by accepting the responsibility and related obligations it entails. As well we employ full time Safety Supervisors in an effort to ensure that our worksites are safe and secure.
