SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. is a Canadian company that provides engineering, procurement, and construction services. It is the largest construction company by revenue in Canada.

DIVCO had the mandate to build SNC-Lavalin’s headquarters. This 25-storey office tower, features an exterior that is entirely made of granite. The 350,000 ft2 building stands where the former Collège Ste. Marie (dating from 1849) once stood. With only scant original designs and descriptions - the initial performance specifications contained only four preliminary drawings that served as reference points – one of Montréal’s landmark, postmodern skyscrapers was built. The building was constructed on piles.

Twenty-two-storey, granite-clad office building was completed over a 14-month span.

The delivered building included all of SNC-Lavalin’s interior fit-up, which represented 85% of the rental space.
