Ivanhoe Cambridge (Eaton Centre)
The Montréal Eaton Centre is a shopping complex located in the heart of Downtown Montreal in the underground city. The mall has four levels open to the public and contains more than a hundred stores and shops, and a food court.
This project involved the redevelopment of a 50-tenant, 100,000 ft2 food court that welcomes about 30 million visitors each year, one of the largest in North America.
The work was executed entirely by working after hours, confining operations to strict boundaries and executing the work over five different phases.
