Gestion des Trois Lacs Inc. developed this office building located on highway 40 in Vaudreuil-Dorion.
This project consists of a three-storey, 75,000-ft2 building that is entirely built of concrete and has state-of-the-art operating and security systems. Currently occupied by local and national tenants, this building contains 62 indoor parking spaces and has 232 outdoor parking spaces.
The DIVCO team had to design a unique pile and decontamination system at this location to compensate for poor soil quality. Despite unforeseen site challenges, DIVCO was able to respect the original budget and timeline.
