Auto Modena is a luxury automotive dealership and owns the only Ferrari/Maserati concession in Montréal.
Inside the new 44,000 ft2 dealership - four times the size of the previous one - is a section for pre-owned vehicles, a lounge presenting the history of the Ferrari and Maserati brands, a gift and accessory shop, a service department, and the service garage that is large enough to accommodate 16 service bays.
DIVCO was given the mandate to build the first Ferrari/Maserati dealership in the world with the new Ferrari / Maserati branding. Special attention was required to coordinate special finishes and equipment from Italy.
