Marriott International is an American multinational diversified hospitality company and brand leader that manages and franchises a broad portfolio of hotels and related lodging facilities. Courtyard by Marriott is a brand of hotels owned by Marriott International that is designed for business travellers but also accommodates families. Residence Inn by Marriott is a brand of extended stay hotels. It was the first extended-stay brand in the United States, and was a key player in launching the concept of a "suite" in a hotel.

Executed on a construction management basis, DIVCO was selected to build this innovative, first-of-its-kind hotel complex for Marriott. It consists of 330-rooms and two towers - a Marriott Courtyard Hotel and a Marriott Residence Inn, joined by shared meeting and banquet facilities.

The unique, two-hotel complex is situated on 3.25 acres of land. The two hotels have separate entrances and lobbies, but share certain services and public space, including a complimentary airport shuttle; complimentary parking; an upscale French restaurant; a lobby lounge; a large indoor swimming pool and spa; a health club; and a business center, as well as all back-of-the-house areas. The complex offers 6,000 ft2 of state-of-the art meeting space, capable of accommodating meetings and banquets of more than 300 people.

DIVCO led a value engineering exercise that realized over $8 million of savings to the project developer.
