Marriott International is an American multinational diversified hospitality company and brand leader that manages and franchises a broad portfolio of hotels and related lodging facilities. 

DIVCO’s mandate was to build a seven-story hotel featuring a modern lobby, a bistro restaurant, an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa, wet and dry saunas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and almost 5,000 ft² of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 250 people.

The hotel has also incorporated several energy-saving features into the property: low-e windows, high-grade energy-saving and sound proofing insulation throughout the entire building, energy-star-rated equipment and 100%-certified LED lighting.
